Watch Focus November 14th, 2025: A Healthy Economy
 
The total federal debt of the United States is around $38.1 trillion. Debt as a share of GDP is about 119%. According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), global debt (public + private) in 2024 was about US $251 trillion, which is just above 235% of world GDP. These numbers are alarming and unsustainable.
 
A healthy economy leads to stable societies. As history has taught us economic problems and collapse can cause global conflict.
 
This week from the Watch we pray for God’s divine supernatural help and intervention for America and the Nations.

We pray for President Trump, his cabinet, all key economic decision makers in the USA and globally to be endowed with the problem solving wisdom of Daniel demonstrated in Daniel 5:12, Amplified Bible “It was because an extraordinary spirit, knowledge and insight, the ability to interpret dreams, clarify riddles, and solve complex problems were found in this Daniel, whom the king named Belteshazzar. Now let Daniel be called and he will give the Interpretation.”

We lay hold of Haggai 2:8, “The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,” says the Lord of hosts. Psalm 50:10, “For every beast of the forest is Mine, And the cattle on a thousand hills.” Psalm 24:1, “The earth is the Lord’s, and all its fullness, The world and those who dwell therein.”

We pray President Trumps tariff policy is a success.

Over 40 million American’s are on SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program). This is approximately 12% of the population. We pray God’s wisdom would be implemented that the truly needy receive help but that hard work and diligence would be encouraged and rewarded afresh in America. Proverbs 10:4, “He who has a slack hand becomes poor, But the hand of the diligent makes rich.”

We pray for a fresh wave of entrepreneurism and invention would come across our land. We pray the cost of living and house prices/rents are restored to healthy levels.

For America we pray and declare….

Genesis 49:25-26,
“By the God of your father who will help you,
And by the Almighty who will bless you
With blessings of heaven above,
Blessings of the deep that lies beneath,
Blessings of the breasts and of the womb.
