Day 27 — The Power of the Gospel

Dear Pastor, I´ve long been desiring to describe what one gospel made in my life. In Slovakia ( then Czechoslovakia ) in Poprad, in the winter sportshall, when your simple gospel reached my ears for the first time, a miracle happened. I went there just for my backbone to be healed somehow. And, honestly, I didn´t believe in that. However, God touched me in a strange way. When you called the people to touch their wounded places on their bodies, I did the same. But deep inside of me "something" started to grow and it wanted to reach the surface. From the beginning I thought that I might be sick from a bad meal. But words of unknown origin spread from my mouth. It filled me with the indescribable happiness. But I didn´t know what happened to me then…We´ve been never taught these things and the Bible we´d never read. But thanks to our Lord…today, new church is rising in our town, where people come, touched by Jesus. It is the answer for the prayer of us all. Thanks God! That backbone was healed then as well!
